Bob Grich
During the four years Javier and I worked together he displayed an outstanding ability to manage two similar businesses but each having different end user sales processes. His knowledge of both commercial waterproofing products as well as geosynthetics made him a recognized product specialist in every market in which we participated. In addition, due to the fact that 100% of the products that he and his team sold were produced outside of his markets in Latin/South America, he was required to work with and regularly interact with production teams in North America, Europe and Asia. His skill at forecasting needs months ahead of their actual required delivery dates insured that all customers were serviced at the highest level. Javier’s positive approach to all aspects of the business helped make our relationship grow quickly into one of collaboration insuring that communication was both effective and forward looking.
