  Responsible for the administration of database processes and the analysis and software development besides customer support and training of users of the company's internal web systems. In charge of a work team, with supervision and quality control of the software developed.  I structured automatic processes for sending notifications and changes of status at the database level. The manual processes associated with these systems were reduced by 90% and with this the truthfulness and accuracy of the information increased considerably.  I participated in the analysis development of new systems and coordinated a work team dedicated to increasing functionality to existing systems. I improved the communication between user and systems management to ensure that the improvements to the systems were accurate and according to real needs.  I led the migration from traditional server structure to Cloud structure (AWS). As a consequence, the costs for data storage and servers decreased by 50%.  I worked in the maintenance of the versions of tools used in software development updated to the latest stable releases.
