Within these 10 years of my professional journey, I have successfully implemented programmes in the state of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan. Currently I work with Railway Children to.ensure the efficient implementation of station level work and community intervention. I have played an important role in setting up the station level programme and Open Shelter in Ghaziabad railway station through which RCI protects and supports more than 700 at risk children every year. National level Advocacy on crime against child Labour in the country, impact with the Government of India towards bringing amendments and changing certain policies on children, Few Instances are, recent ban of employment of children as domestic help and in hotel restaurants and Dhabas under CLPRA, 1986 , Awareness and sensitization of the entire legislative and judiciaries to take the cases in the sensitive manner . esponding to child safeguarding issues at community level. I have also contributed my skill for streamlining the daily and weekly data capturing system across 5 partner NGOs. I have also streamlined the functioning of open shelters as per the JJ act and ICPS guideline. Management of MIS, Reporting & Documentation- I have also built the capacity of the partner and project team in the field of data management and reporting. I have ensured that partners are capable of collecting quality data in appropriate formats as per the quality standard of RCI. Through my efforts, the MIS system in partner NGOs have been improved and they are able to maintain their project related data without any hassle. Child safeguarding – I have been supporting partners to have adequate systems and mechanisms in place capable of preventing, reporting and responding to any child safeguarding issues.
