Jaunita performed an excellent job as a Business Analyst undertaking detailed stakeholder requirements collection, analysis and aggregation for the Government Office Accommodations' project implementing a Business Intelligence framework with requisite IT systems. This project was short, sharp, high profile and high risk. Jaunita's work went a long way to ensuring Ministerial, executive and other stakeholder needs were addressed thereby contributing significantly to the success of the project

I have had the pleasure of working with Jaunita both as a colleague and as a Manager and on both occasions, have been extremely impressed with her committment, enthusiasm and integrity towards her work. Jaunita is proactive in the workplace and takes on challenges wholeheartedly. She gives 100% in all that she does and pushes boundaries in order to achieve outcomes that are above and beyond expectation. As a Project Support Officer/Business Analyst at the Department of Housing, Jaunita had the daunting task of implementing document management standards to align with government regulations and used innovative and creative solutions to achieve this. She applied both project management and business analysis skills to accomplish the best outcomes for the project. The attitude she took towards the role was always positive and highly autonomous. Jaunita has a natural ability to think outside the square and to present solutions that are well thought out and that show a logical and structured approach. Jaunita demonstrates skills such as scoping and analysis, eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements, identifying gaps in data and understanding and an ability to logically structure solutions to cater to the business need. Aside from Jaunita's technical skill, she is also a valued team member who represents herself and her ideas admirably. She is kind, honest, intelligent and stands by her beliefs regardless of the situation. I would recommend Jaunita for any role she chooses as she puts her mind and heart into all that she does and chooses to take on roles that are challenging and in line with her ethics and value system.

I was contracted for a project tasked with designing and implementing a data-warehouse interface drawing together several separate database stores of information relating to government buildings and leases. The focus of this central interface was to provide Executive Management with a whole lease lifecycle view of government leasing. I was responsible for the business process mapping of the lease process to identify key information and gaps in information reporting between Leasing Officers and Executive Management. I liaised with key individuals from all business areas to construct the process maps and also to inform my analysis of what data was available, missing and where improvements to the process could be made.
