  The role of this position is to plan, direct and manage and assess all the audio visual resources at the Wits business school in a manner that is efficient, best fit for purpose and overall to enhance stakeholders satisfaction. It is a supporting function with the responsibility of ensuring that audio visual is aligned and strongly supports and enhances the teaching and learning strategy within the school. I am also required to provide audio visual support for events which are onsite and online and will be required to assist others in the departments to achieve departmental objectives. I am in charge of connecting students devices to the Wits network enabling them to have Wi-Fi access throughout the campus. Also dealing with staff queries and fixing of any problems they might encounter. Due to Covid-19, I am also responsible for Microsoft teams setup and support for the University which covers the integration of online and blended learning and teaching methodologies. I have also gained extensive knowledge and experience working with Microsoft teams, Zoom, Big Blue Button, and Media Site online platform applications.
