Actuarial Analyst

• Work largely involves preparing and reviewing deliverables as well as project managing funding valuations, pensions accounting, benefit design, bulk transfers and de-risking projects • Primarily serve as an analyst to Scheme Actuaries and Consultants • Work on a variety of small to large sized Defined Benefit Schemes, including several schemes with 'insurance' arrangements • Part of a ‘pioneer’ group of 3 that helped set-up the actuarial team in the London office • Communicates efficiently and professionally with wide-ranging levels of clientele, both written and verbally on a regular basis • Consistently exceed performance targets and within project budget, with the ability to meet tight timescales on projects • Experience in providing training and support development to new recruits
