I worked with James on several sustainable transportation initatives. He was dynamic and fun to work with, and as manager he built an excellent team to support him. At first it seemed unusual to pair the sustainability consultant with the finance person. But it quickly because obvious that James had a passion for finding creative ways to make doing the "green" thing make financial sense. He has a pioneering spirit that that takes ideas and turns them into reality - from conslidating and greening a fleet, to brokering a deal to expidite residential EV permitting, to supporting bikeshare planning. James is the man that can get things done, all while keeping an eye on the tripple bottom line.

We are building the first privately funded Electric Vehicle infrastructure in the country. Our business model does not include any government grants and is designed to ease in the adoption of electric vehicles ("EV"). There are three major hurdles in EV adoption:• Range anxiety• High upfront cost to install home charging stations• Uncertainty of electricity costsOur network will infill and connect the major cities in Texas with DC fast chargers with a goal to never be more than 5 miles from a fast charging station. We also install a home charging stations with no upfront costs for standard installations. Finally, we bundle it together to include all home and network charging and electricity for one fixed monthly rate. To further assist adoption, many companies are interested in providing charging stations at the office, multi-family communities, or retail outlets. My division provides unique solutions in making this investment while leveraging it many times over. This allows for a more strategic use of corporate capital, deployment of charging stations, and includes the use of our DC network providing a complete fueling solution. Additionally, we offer turn-key fleet opportunities, employee experience programs and other creative opportunities to utilize this investment of charging station infrastructure. Show less
