• Supervise: Personnel Department ( HRD) Stores & Purchase Department Medical Records (MRD) Sanitary & Housekeeping Security Transport including Ambulance Maintenance Supervise & Control the residential accommodation available in the hospital and should allot it to various staff as per their entitlement. Arrangements for all the committee meetings. Being a Corporate Hospital have to arrange for Camps in various companies. Organizing and supervising all Hospital Purchases coordinating with respective staff. It includes purchase of Medical Equipments, Non medical items , Stationery, etc As in charge of HRD section, have to allocate duties of all Medical Staff and Admin. Regular round of all Departments. Being the Corporate hospital , we have our own Occupational Health Centre (OHC) in 12 big Companies. So all these Human Resource is being managed by the Administrator Services which are outsourced and on contract is through Administrator Have to keep check whether Ambulance is maintained in running condition.
