  1.) SEA Demand Management:- Work directly with SEA Country and SEA Business Leaders, Distributors and relevant stakeholders to establish (using Distributor in-market and inventory data) demand forecasts at levels representative of market segments and product families.- Develop detailed forecasts by SKU, based on family level consensus forecasts, and provides analysis for use in the S&OP process.- Manage Product Life Cycle including phase in and out activities.- Accountable for Forecast Accuracy for SEA.2.) S&OP Process:- Consolidate SEA forecast, analyze and prepare for monthly SEA S&OP Meetings.- Ensures business exceptions are highlighted at these meetings and escalated for decision-making.- Identify issues and opportunities with recommended action plans to improve supply chain metrics especially Forecast Accuracy.3.) Distributor Management- Monitor Distributor performance using Dashboard- Continually review Distributor Order Fulfillment Policy/SOP and implement changes where required.- Conduct Half Yearly review of Distributor performance.- Conduct annual Distributor evaluation.4.) Distributor Evaluation and Selection- Co-ordinate Evaluation and Selection of new Distributors- Co-ordinate On/Off Boarding of Distributors4.)
