  During my time at Universal Robots, I worked with employer branding, employee advocacy and recruitment. Within recruitment, it was independent proactive search for suitable engineering graduates in LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as initial communication with these. I wrote 30+ job postings primarily in English, and here I raised the conversion rate on job postings from approx. 4.5% to approx. 8.5% during the period I was employed.
