Member of the Eurofins PSS QC-RM team, serving Janssen Biologics B.V. As a Senior Laboratory Technician my main responsibility is to coordinate the QC- Raw Material team. Additional responsibilities are setting- up training for the team and managing the team, aiming to increase efficiency within the team. As a Group Coordinator of 7 analysts at the Eurofins PSS QC-RM team, my responsibilities are managing, coaching and 'one to one' development of the analysts.

As a Laboratory Technician I performed the analysis of raw materials conform procedures, based on the EP, USP, BP and JP pharmacopeia. Techniques used were Gas Chromatography, HPLC, FTIR, Titrations and several other qualitative and quantitative chemical analyis. The main task was to plan tests for the operators and manage the progress of testing programs. as a coordinator I also acted as the point of contact for the QC- RM department. Other activities that I performed were: - Processing quality issues and deviations in the Event Tracking Software (ETS) - Shipment of raw materials to external laboratories and managing timelines. - Continuous improvements an A3 problem solving projects (Lean Six Sigma) - Subjec Matter Expert of the Gas Chromatograph and Polarimeter. - On the job trainer, training other analysts - Review of Assays.
