Bio
Darel Hall
Jason was one of a small team who led the OUSA from 1,500 person events to 7,000+ person Stadium events. He is a good team person as well as leading on production, act selection, act mix, and market estimate. He is also creative, curious, and artistic. He craves innovation - and that is what the audience at the OUSA wanted. We had to keep making changes fast to keep up with audience expectations, and our own. At his worst, after massive sleep deprivation and the stress of last minute changes, the worst you can say about Jason is that he can get a bit tetchy. He is even tempered and has a balanced ego in an industry where that is a bit rare. At the same time he is ambitious to be the best by lifting his and his team's results. He has done very well and is far from reaching his potential. Jason is the right person to have on any team for events. He should be scooped up by an events company because he will never let you down. I am a fan because he is all these things, is a great person, and, selfishly, he made my life easier by being so downright competent. I am happy for anyone thinking of hiring Jason to call me to talk detail.

I have worked with Jason for the last three years on Orientation concerts (3000-5000 pax). I have full confidence in Jas as a Production Manager to deliver shows to the highest standards. From the advance through to show day delivery, Jas is a straight shooting and responsive communicator. He has an eye for detail especially when it comes to financial control. Jas is a calm operator and can get along with all characters that come with our industry. I regard Jas as one of the best production managers in New Zealand and believe his skill set abroad will be an asset to whoever he works with next. Josh Smith Who Shot Rock Ltd.
