I worked with Jason for 3 years at Affinion Group. Jason was "thrown in at the deep in" when he arrived at Affinion and I was very impressed at how he handled it. Jason had to manage requests from 2 business groups and liaise with a small Content Management Team and 3 different IT groups in order to achieve the goals of the business groups. I always enjoyed working with Jason because of his positive and never give up attitude.
