      BuildNZ/National Safety Show Event management role responsible for BuildNZ (incorporating National Safety Show and Facilities Integrate). After many years as New Zealand’s largest & longest running construction expo, BuildNZ had seen a decline in participation in recent years. I was assigned this role with the task to turn the show around. By remodelling the show floor and developing fresh content, I was able to retain departing businesses whilst also providing an attractive new product offering to the marketplace. With new business accounting for 60% of overall show revenue, I secured bespoke stand designs for clients both domestically and internationally (Australia and Asia).
