Bio
Luis Garcia Alanis
Jason was the SDET on my team, and I am glad he was as he undertook a huge challenge heads on. His knowledge of the product was, in my opinion highest among the members of the team. He had a very difficult and intensive job since he was providing test to work being done by 5 local developers while knowing changes coming from another 4 teams. He did a superb job going above and beyond what he was asked for always delivering and was not afraid to put in the work and hours needed to have proper test coverage. Jason is technically strong and a diverse skilled SDET, detail oriented, proactive and good at his job. For example he drove test quality improvements that had an impact on the company as a whole, I saw him drive canary test development for the company among teams scattered on different continents. I saw him consume test matrix's in the order of thousands while using the products inner workings knowledge to his advantage to have a broad code coverage and the most impact. If you want a ninja SDET, Jason is the man.
Daniel Zwelling
Jason is a rare breed of test engineer who possesses both a high level of software development skills and uncanny tester instincts. He can always be counted on to go the extra mile and to meticulously go through every possible testing scenario, which ultimately leads to better products and happier customers. Jason has a work horse mentality and gets things done even with tight deadlines and fewer than desired resources. Jason would make a great addition to any team.
