I have worked in a variety of capacities with Mr. Fields. He has a magnetic personality and depth of knowledge in the financial arena. I admire Jason’s talent, his exceptional emotional intelligence, he is a man of his word and all around genuinely amazing individual. He strives for bettering himself and his community and I haven't seen someone more dedicated to the cause and a more capable individual. It has been a pleasure doing business with him and am excited for the continued work we will do in the future.

Lars M. Lewander, MBA

I have worked in a variety of capacities with Mr Fields. It has ranged from charitable organizations, entrepreneurship to serving as board of directors. I admired Jason’s talent for being able to pick up the phone and getting ahold of hard to reach individuals, schedule an appointment and have them commit to meeting while being excited about it. Jason’s exceptional emotional intelligence brings people together to find bipartisan solutions to problems. He simply gets work done. Jason comes highly recommended!
