On behalf of TODN (Toronto Organization Development Network), I'd like to thank Jason for presenting the session on AGILE Change Management at our April meeting. Jason shared his insights, expertise and practical tools and strategies with our community and his real life examples were extremely helpful. His enthusiasm for the topic was apparent, as he engaged with our members, answering questions, challenging our thinking, and generating dialogue that had us considering how we manage and support change in the organizations where we are doing our work. On behalf of TODN, I would recommend Jason as an excellent resource and speaker on AGILE change.

Jason is a thought-leader with a unique yet novel approach towards work. He has the ability to dissect complex problems into simpler manageable chunks. More importantly, he does so with great emphasis on people rather than processes. Jason has the ability to look beyond tactical problems and focus on the bigger picture. As a coach, Jason tends to take the stance that people already know the solution to their issues but need to realize it on their own - he does an excellent job of helping them do just that. I am glad to have worked with Jason at WSIB; I feel that I have personally and professionally benefitted from my close working relationship with someone as knowledgeable as Jason. If there is anyone or any organization looking to explore lean and agile methodologies, Jason would be my top pick for such an assignment.
