We were recognized by CRN as a "Next Gen 250" National Award winner in 2017 and 2018 which recognizes IT solution providers who have "successfully transformed their business to meet the demands of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, virtualization, mobility, business analytics and intelligence," Lastly, we were honored to receive the channel futures Global Top 501 MSP award. This award is given to the top 501 IT MSP's globally (MSP=Managed Service Provider). This award wasn't based on revenue or profit but rather on the quality of service our company provides. My favorite part of my position with SOS|Support is consulting with new or existing clients; performing vCIO responsibilities; learning about problems the organization is having and implementing solutions; helping clients project budgeting for the upcoming year; high level IT consulting. Often over-looked critical factors that all business executives need to look at is how their I.T. affects the bottom line. I can help to change the perspective or lens on I.T. as assets. What is the cost of the client to have slow networks, downtime, malware, vulnerability to hacking, employee threat awareness, the cost of not having a backup-disaster-recovery solution in place. We are on the forefront of I.T. security as malware, ransomware and phishing attacks are at an all time high. SOS|Support exists as a MSP (Managed Service Provider), ITSP (I.T. Service Provider), and is becoming experts as a MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider). Show less
