Jason promotes independent thinking, while encouraging teamwork amongst his employees. His creativity and open-minded thinking is refreshing in a world where digital solutions can be complex. In my time working with Jason, initially as an employee and then a peer, he was energetic, enthusiast, highly skilled and always informed. He lead the digital division through a number of transitions between various leadership changes and corporate strategic course changes. He always showed the utmost dedication to his team and to his company, sticking through incredibly tough times throughout his tenure.
