  South Pine Striders is a non-for-profit association with the purpose of promoting and encouraging the sport of running. We provide coached training sessions and programs for runners of all levels whether you want to achieve a personal best at your local Park Run or successfully complete a marathon or ultra marathon. I am an avid runner myself competing in a couple of marathons each year, but also for maintaining personal fitness and helping to clear my thoughts in the many other roles in my life. Being part of a group of like minded people in an activity that I love is a great pleasure.
