  Went to customer's homes to research requirements on the type of yard, and redesign what they were thinking of doing. Using Home Design Architectural software I created different 3-D scenarios using the dimensions and requirements I had gathered. Using design software we were able to show the customer pictures of how the final redesign for their yard would look. If the customer did not like certain elements I was able to re-arrange the data until the customer was satisfied with the result. Utilizing this technique I was successful in guaranteeing that the company knew exactly what the customer wanted so they could accurately figure pricing, time and labor costs. The customers were very excited to be able to see what the finished product would look like instead of trying to envision the design in their minds. I received the software from the company, learned how to use it on my own, and created my first 3-D model in one day. Show less
