Jay has a unique set of managerial skills that help him to build a sales force set up for long term success. He is one of those managers who leads by example and his coaching style allows people to reach there full potential without them realizing he led them there. You couple those skills with an incredible work ethic and a commitment to "doing things the right way" you get a skilled leader who helps build a team that will take an organization the distance.
