Ferro-Clean is renowned in this state as the highest quality abrasive blasting and protective coating applicator in the industry. It has now expanded into three workshops and now employs 25+ staff. The second workshop was purpose built to house a large Airless Rotor Blaster. Soon after commissioning, with the massive increase in productivity more labour was required, and so I started in this role temporarily until further arrangements would be made. Again my roles have been many and various, but some significant include: · Loading/Unloading Jobs - Often oversize and requiring multiple-lift gantry cranes. · Processing jobs through the airless rotor blaster, using forklifts or gantry cranes. · Workshop setup for painting. · Expediting of finished jobs and packaging ready for dispatch. Along with the general day-to-day duties I have also assisted with other infrastructure related projects across all business areas to assist the business management achieve their expansion
