  ➢ 10 years in front-line management with First Leisure Corporation/The Nightclub Company (1995-2005) now a £40m t/o company operating 22 units. ➢ Appointed to General Manager roles at Blue Orchid and Eros Enfield venues (1995-1999) with overall responsibility for productivity & performance. ➢ At Eros Enfield turned around a stagnant business to generate £65k admissions, bar and food takings a week, winning 2 BEDA (British Entertainment & Disco Association) awards in 1999 for Best Nightclub of the Year in the South East, and Best Nightclub Promotion of the Year (countrywide). ➢ Promoted General Manager (1999) to take charge of The Works, Kingston-on-Thames, overseeing a major 3 month refurbishment, and re-opening it as a major showcase venue with 75 staff & controlling a £6m t/o per year business. ➢ Won the BEDA award for The Works as Best Nightclub of the Year in the South East in 2001 and Disco International’s Manager of The Year Award in 2002. ➢ Promoted Business Development Manager (2004) to improve marketing across 9 venues in the SE & SW regions and Wales before appointment to present position of Regional Manager for 6 leading venues, contributing £15m to group t/o (37.5% of total). ➢ Other awards include British Entertainment Disco Entertainment Manager of The Year in 1999 and 2001 (being the first time any individual has gained the award twice) and Delfont Manager & Company Manager of the Year 2000 (First Leisure Corp).
