Hire, Train, Develop and Assist all technicians in the Northern California Region. Ensure my team operates at the peak of the Fitness equipment maintenance and Repair trade. Understanding the progression and ever evolving nature of the industry as well as the competitive nature and dynamics that exist within the industry between Manufacturers, that our clients needs are always unique to them. Whether it is ensuring, that a facility with over 300 assets has little or no downtime when it comes to the most important aspect of their health club, their exercise equipment. From Preventative/Predictive Maintenance and diagnostics to Complex electronic and Mechanical Repairs, my priority was to ensure a SAFE environment for the Members while providing Peace of Mind to our Clients. This same approach was applied to the individual when entering into their home. Provide competent, cost effective solutions, with little or no additional downtime, understanding that thorough processes, with an established and proven approach to each clients needs will ensure repeat business and lasting partnerships with all our clients.
