Took ownership of, and managed, a project in the City of Fremont comprised of 81 units spread over (2) separate buildings of Type V/I. Each building was made up of 1 level of underground parking, 1 level of at grade parking with at grade under podium residences and retail and a mix of sigle, (2) level and (3) level townhome and "flats" units above the podium. The project is for sale market rate Townhome style condominiums on a single level podium. I Managed CD development from 100% DD - 100% CD (Permit Set). Managed the permit submittal, review and acquisition process. Managed multiple subcontractor bidding and pricing exercises in an effort to value engineer and price the project within budget. This project includes soil improvement (RIC) and shoring which posses significant challenges related to close proximity to Medical offices, financial institutions and existing residential. This project is the first private residential project in the City of Fremont Downtown Master Plan Show less
