  Responsible for the oversight of 17 churches, schools, and orphanages globally, also functioned as Executive Pastor for The Woodlands campus overseeing 40 Ministry Partnerships and coaching of church staff. • Directly accountable for final oversight and authority for the success of 17 schools, churches, and orphanages globally. This included operations in Texas, California, Colorado, and Ohio as well as Mexico, Colombia, Haiti and Malawi.• Responsible for the coaching and training of the executive leaders at each of these 17 sites, systematically visiting each site and providing consulting solutions for their specific situations, including budgets, staffing, and operations.• Responsible for hiring and firing the leaders of each institution, which included recruiting and training new leaders for launching new sites.• Also functioned as Executive Pastor for The Woodlands campus. This meant the coaching/training of 10 staff members and acting as liaison between the church and 40 non-profit organizations around the world. This included coaching / advising in the areas of finances, operations, and leadership.• Responsible for developing and writing all of the systems and processes pertaining to the Network in order to ensure scalability and financial health for the future of the organization.
