      • Feb 2020 - Aug 2022

My projects consist in large part of detail and general planning and infrastucture architecture and Urban Design. The project locations vary in Finland from Lapland to Helsinki and the scale of the projects from large district plans and development strategies for entire Finnish railway track routes to canopy design on prominent station areas. In one of my larger current projects, Kruunusillat-raitiotie, I currently work as the secretary in cityscape and landscape design, and sustainability agent and architect in the Helsinki city center area. One of my definite strenghts is in interaction and presentation, which has resulted in me facilitating and hosting various workshops, webinars, excursions, trainings and meetings also outside my own projects. My responsibilities also include organizing Sitowise's annual Architect and Urban Design Excursions. In my work community, the Urban Design department, I have been named responsible for archicad development and training.

I worked with space development projects both indoors and outdoors on Otaniemi campus. My projects included refurnishing of existing workspaces and outdoor areas and large wayfinding development projects. One of my responsibilities was hosting wanted Campus Tours for University's guests. As the require for the tours exceeded our resources, I created the still in use system for Aalto Campus Tours with architecture students, trained all the guides and managed the tour schedules and reservations with visitors.

    • Student agent
      • Feb 2016 - May 2018

As the student agent of the Finnish Association of Architects (SAFA) I have been the students' primary contact from the national network of architects in SAFA. My primary responsibilities were taking care of the student members' issues and developing the national co-operation of architecture students and SAFA, but also issues involving student advocacy. During my time as the student agent, SAFA saw a remarkable rise in student members, and improvement the relations between student organisations and SAFA were solidated with a co-operation contract. I was also responsible of facilitating and managing one of the biggest ever changes in the association's rules, giving architecture student members right to vote in SAFA's elections. In addition to the student related tasks I assisted in the production of the SAFA 125 anniversary events.

    • Member of the Board - Campus Development

My primary job was to be a project leader in getting new student housing in Otaniemi for about 1000 new students. • Chairman of the Board
      • Jan 2014 - Dec 2014

I worked as the leader of a voluntary organisation of about 80 people, and represented the students of architecture in various circumstances. During my year as the chair, the amount of inspired and enthusiastic volunteers grew immensely, and we put a lot of effort in rewarding their valuable work for the community.

    • Member of the Board
      • Jan 2012 - Dec 2013

As a member of the board I organised various big events, and leaded among other projects the renovation of the guild room. The events included various academic dinner parties for about 200 members of the community of the department of architecture and the rest of the Aalto community, plus the opening festivities of the World Design Capital Pavilion 2012.

    • Customer Service
      • May 2008 - May 2012

I worked at first as a salesman and specialist at the cheese department, which taught me a lot about customer service in a really specific area of expertise. My last year at Stockmann was about customer service in broader and more demanding field as I worked in the Stockmann First Lounge that served the most loyal customer group of the department store. I finally had to leave a dear working community to concentrate in my studies and the professional community of architect students and architects.
