Jason is a very driven person and his motivation to succeed is contagious in a workplace. Through working with Jason in his role as an Area Sales Manager, I've been able to witness him help clients grow their businesses in ways they didn't initially believe possible. Often you encounter decision makers who already know what works for them, but Jason has an ability to get them to stretch their minds and try his ideas which have led them to success time and time again. He has a dedication to doing things well and is always raising the bar for himself. He works hard to understand as much as he can about all aspects of the auto finance industry so he can actively participate and be a team player. This also helps makes him well informed and knowledgeable for his clients which is invaluable. On top of that, Jason's just a nice guy! He works hard not only for himself but for his clients and his co-workers equally.

Jason is a pleasure to work with, and is an incredibly gifted professional. He cares deeply for his customers, and always exceeds goals and expectations without sacrificing his integrity or compromising the company in any way. Jason always balances the needs of his dealers with the needs of the company, and strives for a true win/win outcome in every endeavor. Jason is talented, intelligent, trustworthy and a true leader to his colleagues and teammates. He is a shining example of hard work, dedication and excellence, and I am proud to have worked with him and I whole-heartedly and highly recommend him.
