I serve as the Senior Maintenance Supervisor for a Special Forces Group (Airborne) in a Special Forces Command (Airborne) that includes four Special Forces Battalions, one Group Support Battalion, one Group Headquarters Company, and one SF Detachment. I am responsible for leading, training, coaching, mentoring, transforming, and sustaining 68 Non-commissioned Officers and 91 Soldiers through the usage of proper budget etiquette, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance excellence. I advise the Group Commander and the Group Staff on the maintenance and operational readiness of over 12,000 pieces of equipment including Family of Special Operation Vehicles, wheeled vehicles, ground support, material handling equipment, allied trades, maritime operations, and electric maintenance. Conducted practical exercises, administered examinations, and assisted in developing lesson material for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems Advanced Leaders Course.
