Supervised, trained and mentored eight assigned military contracting personnel between two geographically separated teams. Assisted with deploying, and executing missions with planning and personnel in support of standing operations and orders, Contingency and Deliberate Plans for contingencies and military operations. Assisted with the development, administration, and revision of Contracting support plans, policies, annexes, and appendices in support of operational, contingency and deliberate plans. Evaluated contractor’s compliance with applicable contract clauses, e.g., small business, wage compliance, labor laws, and progress reports. Responsible for two Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts valued at over $70 million for Fort Wainwright and Fort Greely, Alaska. Administered a $6.8 million IDIQ construction contract for the Fort Wainwright airfield. Managed overall contractor performance, resolved issues, which included claims and disputes related to or arising under the contract. Oversaw and participated in negotiations for source selections, contract changes, and contract modifications. Ensured contract actions were legally sufficient, complying with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements.
