Jason is very mature for his age and very loyal to his friends and the companies he has represented and employed by. He is a hard working, dedicated, reliable and disciplined employee and his peers all love him. Jason is able to juggle multiple tasks like school, homework, work and still has time for socializing because he has a strong work ethic and great time management skills. I would highly recommend Jason for any position he is passionate about.

Working at McGrath as a Lube Technician comes with many responsibilities. I would say the biggest is that I'm working on someone else's car. I can't mess it up. This alone has made me more responsible. The activities that I do on a daily basis include: Inspect cars for any kind of wear or damage, check all fluid levels and condition, change all fluids, replace, repair, rotate tires, change headlights, tail lights, turning signal lights, and brake lights. I do all the different maintenance work that can be done on a car. I normally work with others doing the same job and we work as a team. We all bring our best work as failing to do so sets the whole team back. Everyone relies on everybody and its a big team in the McGrath Honda Automotive Group. Show less

My main responsibilities while working at Walmart included: Bring in the shopping carts from the cart stalls into the garage for the customers, Help the elderly with getting a cart, helping customers put groceries into their cars, and lending a second hand to anyone in the store that was in need. This job taught me a lot about responsibility and customer service. After working there as a starting job, I can really say I would excel in a customer service type environment, working with a team, and making a company more productive. I was a reliable associate and was always counted on to finish my tasks by the end of my shift. Show less
