I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside Jason for a little over two years. In that time, I’ve seen him perform above and beyond at both the core elements of his job as a semiconductor process engineer and other tasks that go beyond the scope of his role. When I started my first engineering job after graduate school, Jason selflessly provided mentorship for myself and other junior team members. I would like to commend him for his patience with assisting others, being an active listener, and providing quality feedback. Jason consistently leads by example by being proactive, dependable, and disciplined. He has successfully spearheaded many of our semiconductor process challenges by being both rigorously systematic and data driven. Part of this success is also due to his effective cross-team communication with co-workers with different areas of expertise. Thanks to Jason, I truly understand the importance of fostering work relationships with other team members as it pays dividends in teamwork and productivity. Jason has played a pivotal role in defining our positive company culture and is highly regarded among his peers. He is an asset on any team. Thank you for everything you do!

Jason is a highly skilled, productive, creative, and dependable semiconductor process development engineer. Beyond that, another of his exceptional strengths is that he brings the same systematic, rigorous, and logical approach, and his full energy, to projects in other technical areas also, regardless of the size of the project. This has been an especially powerful skill in a small startup, where job responsibilities and areas of technical focus change often. His approach significantly improves the probability that an R&D effort will be successful, and helps the teams he's on to navigate difficult and potentially confusing projects. Jason is also a great coworker because he is proactive about making the teams around him better. He does this by sharing information, both lab data and general methods he's learned to improve R&D. I've seen him do this in formal situations, like presentations he's given on design of experiments, and also informally in day to day interactions with his teammates. He is very deliberate and conscientious about his communication, and maintains a high standard in all of his work.
