  I am currently responsible for managing the Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) project for the upcoming Federal 2021 Reporting Year. This includes working with various state agencies to provide all the eligibility records, and claims during this federal fiscal year to the CMS statistical and review contractors. I also assist the Review contactor to ensure that all medical record requests to sampled Medicaid and CHIP providers are processed timely as well as any follow up documentation or policy clarification from different areas of the Agency to assist with the data processing reviews. At the end of the cycle reviews I am responsible for establishing and leading a Corrective Action Panel to develop the a corrective action plan for all found errors during the PERM cycle reviews. I also currently coordinate and manage all letters of support requests, Medicaid data use agreements, memorandum of agreements, with outside entities, universities, and interagency agreements with other state agencies for the use of Medicaid data under specific studies and/or grants.
