  • Purchasing components and machinery for PVC, PE Corrugated.• Overall purchase of about 11 million per year.• Handle the outside purchases for resell business. (WAC, ETCO ARMTEC)• Review production schedule on a daily basis for shortages and advise.• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure our 12 plant across the United States get Just In Time Delivery.• Negotiated with vendors on price breaks and price reductions on special projects and large or extended runs.• Coordinate with Quality Assurance/R&D for new products and update approved vendor list as well as purchase specs.• Work with vendors for stocking/forecasting min. and max levels.• Reconcile receiving issues and price discrepancies for invoice payment.• Maintain blanket order and update pricing quarterly.• Organize interplant among local trucks and supplier trucks to move idle inventory.• Process warranty claim issue for components/machinery with overseas customer.• Point of contact for field replacement components.• Create and process cycle counts on a monthly basis.
