I am ensuring proper functioning of HVAC and boilers every morning before opening building gates for employees and students. I am ordering and delivering supplies to relevant departments to accomplish accuracy of inventory records. Below are some of my Key Achievements in this role:  Received 20 years of service award, and promotion to larger building.  Coached kids for steel marathon participation as well as identified and improved individual strengths and secured development opportunities.  Organized and deployed garden and lighting project and supported in development of new sidewalk.
