As a sales trainer, it is both rewarding and rare to discover a natural talent such as Jason possesses....or someone with the attitude that allows others to introduce new ideas, combined with an aptitude and willingness to adapt. Jason stands out as a guy who is sincere about all that he does, a guy who is actually 'interested' in people and in doing the right thing by them, and a guy who has used, and continues to use his developing skill set and experience to great effect. If I wanted someone alongside me in business who could be trusted implicitly and who simply 'gets it' without all the waffle, Jason would be at the head of my invite list.
