Not only is he knowledgeable across a wide range of applications and disciplines but he responds quickly with an intrinsic desire to get help to our information workers and colleagues as quickly as possible. He treats everyone as if they are the most important and highest-ranking individual in the company. If you are on the phone with him right now, then you are the most important person to him right now. If you've watched the Mr. Rogers' movie with Tom Hanks, then you've met Jason Mower.
