As Construction Coordinator, I am responsible for communicating and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers, vendors and suppliers on all projects within the Lee Michaels brand as well as brand specific boutiques which are operated by Lee Michaels. I ensure clear communication between Lee Michaels owners/ management and construction and design teams. As Visual Display Coordinator, I am responsible for creative direction, creation and implementation of in-store visuals across all locations. I regularly communicate with designer brands that we represent in our stores and implement their visual expectations within each location. I also create Lee Michaels branded visual presentations in the form of seasonal and holiday décor, case line presentations and planograms, and location specific visual displays. I travel periodically in both rolls to implement visual designs and oversee construction projects.
