      Working in a small team, I am currently responsible for the technical training of 91 workshop, field and site engineers. I am responsible for ensuring that all engineers are up to date with mandatory training, ensuring that courses are planned and scheduled in such a way that they do not clash with other commitments. I recently completed my ITSSAR Instructor course and then ensured that all engineers completed their driver training refresh along with a working at height course.
