  Management • Three years of experience as Environmental Department Manager with a staff of up to six employees. Led office in department operating profits for three years. • Managed field operations for $1.7 million Brownfields remediation project. The project was for soil remediation of an entire golf course for residential and commercial development; utilized incremental sampling methodology approved by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The nine-month remediation project included five full time, on-site ECS personnel and multiple on-site contractors. The project successfully concluded with an FDEP Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (SRCO). Project Experience • Asbestos – Completed more than 220 pre-demolition and pre-renovation asbestos surveys following NESHAPS (National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants) guidelines for commercial and industrial properties. • Phase I ESAs – Completed more than 300 Phase I ESAs (following ASTM standards E1527-05 and E1527-15) as a project manager; supervised and reviewed even more as Department Manager and Senior Project manager. • Phase II ESAs - Completed more than 75 Phase II ESAs for recognized environmental conditions (RECs) such as leaking underground storage tanks, dry cleaning solvents, herbicide and pesticide contamination. • Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) – Completed over 100 PCAs following ASTM Standards E2018-08 and E2018-15 on multiple property types including apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, retail and shopping centers, office buildings and warehouses. • Indoor Air Quality and Mold Assessments – Completed more than 100 mold and indoor air quality studies which included sampling for airborne mold spores, allergens, aldehydes, volatile organic compounds, airborne particulates, etc. • Moisture Intrusion – Completed numerous projects utilizing infrared thermography equipment and conductivity (moisture) meters.
