I have worked with Jason for 10 years since he joined Forest Technologies as employee number 1. As with all members of the founding team it is hard to put into words the impact that Jason has had on the business. Firstly he had the inner confidence to move to a startup as its first employee and that level of calmness and objectivity has shone through in every scenario since. Jason's career at Forest started as an on site consultant and he quickly showed he had the sought after mix of business, communication and technical skills that the very best consultants have. He constantly over achieved and became our go to person to deliver tough projects. We once sent him for a week on site at a Middle Eastern customer who were unhappy with their software vendor and wanted a refund and after Jason left they wanted to buy more! One of many such stories. As the business grew we asked Jason to take on the role of Head of DevOps where he took on additional responsibility for developing new service offerings, growing the team, supporting marketing etc. Again Jason excelled and is hugely respected by those that he has hired and helped guide as their careers progressed. Testament to Jason's success was Forest being acquired by ECS as one of the leading DevOps consultancies at the time. Within ECS and latterly GlobalLogic Jason has continued to excel in pivotal roles from the One Engineering team as we scaled to Solutions Architect most recently as refined our GTM. He remains a key person, mentor and friend to a great many people both within and outside of GlobalLogic. I regard Jason as a life long friend and know he will be successful in any future ventures. I hope I am lucky enough to be part of at least some of them!

When joining Forest Technologies, Jason was one of the senior tech leads that people looked up to, getting great feedback from both clients and colleagues. Throughout the many years we have been working together, he has kept up to that promise and has continuously proven that he is both a capable people and thought leader within the Digital Engineering and Transformation space. He was an instrumental part in growing our engineering team from 5 to almost 150 engineers; as he is a modern leader that takes pride in developing people and bringing the best out of them while also being able to getting his hands dirty delivering high quality solutions in challenging situations. His dedication to success in combination with his mindset of
