Great customer focus

I knew Mr. Jason Arbour as a sales rep / regional manager for EF. He possessed unique qualities that many individuals in such positions do not. He was able to be persistent without being obnoxious or overbearing. It was a simple strategy: he was helpful! Jason delivered a precise, congenial multimedia travel presentation to a group of some 50 parents and students, and on another occasion spoke to students in my classroom. He was able to effectively tailor each presentation to meet the audience' nature and need. Above all, Jason was always there with ready answers to help when asked. He recognized me immediately at foreign language conferences and always took time to engage in professional conversation. Needless to say, my EF trips were always a success. In my opinion, he would be a real asset to any organization.
