Proactively involve in machine scheduling , work in progress finishing scheduling , tracking each WIP to completion in order to fulfill the customer shipment requirement .Need to flexible in order to meet sudden customer change in requirement For new projects , I am involved in designing , modifying jigs & fixtures to accommodate the line for the new products. Also preparing electrode for EDM department to running process. Each product has different requirement and the jigs need to be customized to meet the end customer requirement. Part of the skill set required for new project is to program the CNC machine per customer drawing. I am able to interpret technical and engineering drawing and understand the geometrical and tolerancing requirement. For the simple servicing required for the preventive maintenance for the machine under my care , it was carried out by me . For preventive maintenance , we would carry the servicing as per our PM schedule with the proper PM work instruction. Do the NC program follow the customer drawing requirement and send to machine to run product. I am able to using checking equipment to check the product follow the drawing required. I am able to do the 5S in 2 departments. To fulfill 5S standard. I am also able to research & develop the machine condition (technology) to make production process faster , achieve all dimensioning from customer drawing & make quality job. Show less
