Jason is a talented, smart creative and leader, and I enjoyed working with him during my years at Tightrope. I’ve worked with Jason in his roles as a designer, creative optimization manager and creative director. As a project manager myself, I appreciated that he’s always on top of his projects and produces consistent quality work. One of my favorite projects we did together was a form optimization project where Jason’s UX skills helped us gain an over 100% increase in our lead generation forms over the course of about a year. He’s always conscious of usability and trained his team to think about their end user, verifying and optimizing designs with live testing. Jason is an awesome manager; I watched him mentor many junior creatives and he was never afraid to negotiate for his team. As a design lead, he’s able to identify and enhance the talents of those around him to create high-performing and efficient teams. I loved working with Jason and highly recommend him as both a senior UX designer and creative manager.
