I've known Jason for a few years since I've been working in Rockhampton as a Trainer/Assessor. In which I've attended some of Jason's training courses or I've co-facilitated with Jason. I've alway seen Jason as a very happy, positive, outgoing, intelligent and always approachable trainer/assessor & friend.

i was part of a team developed on skills and knowledge to assist QR Nationals staff in changing the safety culture, together we developed behavioural courses to assist in changing peoples perception of safety and that just being compliant wont make you safe, safety comes from within and being able to recognise either in yourself or others when something is' unsafe.Human factors and what goes through our minds and thoughts can have a huge impact on our safety and this message was facilitated through courses delivered across the state, As a followup, I also conducted coaching sessions with the workgroups to provide individuals with the ability to recognise any issues that may present a danger to them and empower them to apply the knowledge gained from the programs. Our safety and allowing or doing unsafe acts comes through Choice and decissions ...It comes down to the individual and the people around them. Show less
