This meeting was created to discuss issues and changes, as well as a method of providing information and training for staff. Since the inception of this meeting two years ago, the number of system outages has dropped 75%. - Implemented an automated, robust and dependable release process. This release process has reduced risk from manual processes, saving the team hours on each deployment of new code to production systems. - Reorganized my teams to optimize performance and simplify management. - Oversaw the design of a custom method for creating data driven subscriptions. - Managed the consolidation of five separate domains into one forest with three domains with trusts. - Migrated the entire critical SQL infrastructure to clustered servers as to improve hardware redundancy and fault tolerance. Additionally was able to consolidate multiple instances on separate servers to instances within these clusters thus reducing our licensing costs. - Created company wide visibility into service desk request queues for all of my teams. This has provided management more visibility to prioritize their department’s requests.

Additionally built a process allowing the recovery of lost data from any point in time in less than 20 minutes without having to lose any production data by restoring from a backup.
