Jason's most prominent strengths are in technical software development, where he has coached individuals and teams to practice technical excellence in design, coding, automated testing, and re-factoring, among other technical topics. Beyond technical coaching, Jason has an excellent sense of team collaboration and Agile maturity that make him an effective coach. Jason's dry sense of humor and his wide range of interests make him a joy to work with -- I'd jump at the chance to work with him again!

I'm not sure where to start with Jason - his great skillset or his high integrity. He is one of those rarest of Agile coaches - one with high EQ and people skills, combined with a great coaching mindset, all built on top of a strong technical developer foundation; it's quite unusual to find all three. On top of this he has the highest integrity bar that I've come across, possibly ever. It is a deep pleasure to call Jason my co-worker as well as friend. It is my deep misfortune that we have never worked side by side at the same client, although we came close a few times. He excels at coaching in a number of Agile frameworks, and strongly supports asking 'why' before 'how' to get at the heart of how the client can most Be Agile before they Do Agile. I am proud to have worked alongside Jason at Unify Consulting for a number of years now.
