  I am primarily focused on upstream process development for the production of AAV, mostly focused on suspension cell culture in shake flasks and bioreactors. I have also executed large-scale production of AAV in adherent bioreactors. In my time doing process development, I have worked on developing and testing new cell lines, reworking our seed train to eliminate contamination events in our bioreactors, and evaluating new equipment for incorporation into our process.
