  At Circuit Controls, I used SolidWorks to model die components from original manufacturer prints and created full die assemblies. Within SolidWorks, I would perform interference detection tests to validate the components within the assemblies. I would also create full-dimensioned part layouts of the modeled die inserts. I also spent time working with die maintenance, assisting with complete tool teardown and rebuild, and completing preventative maintenance. I also spent analyzing progression strips and dies to identify worn and broken tooling that was then changed out. Show less
